Paytrail is a service that offers a variety of online payment options. With Paytrail you can simply select your preferred payment method and pay by debit, credit card, MobilePay, on account or on instalment.

Your payment is not processed by Holmen Coffee Oy, but by Paytrail Oyj. Paytrail Oyj handles the entire payment process and accordingly requests payment information such as credit card details, bank details, etc. Holmen Coffee Oy does not see or collect credit card information. If you have any questions about credit card processing, you can contact Paytrail Oyj as follows:

All information you enter in the form on our website regarding your order and delivery will be stored on our servers for the period required by law and then deleted. Should you wish to update or delete your information, please write to customercare@holmen.coffee.
Return and refundÂ
1. I would like to return my order. What do I do now?Â
You can return or exchange your order (excluding food) within 14 days of delivery. Send us a message via this contact form within those 14 days:Link
After successfully completing the contact form, we will get back to you with further details. You can find our cancellation form here: Link. Please note that Holmen Coffee will not honour a cancellation if the deadline is not met.Â
2. How do I complain about my order/ ordered items?
You have recently purchased a coffee grinder, a grinder or other accessories from holmen.coffee and now something is defective? Please contact us in advance at customercare@holmen.coffee with your order number and pictures.
Shipping
1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?Â
After successful receipt of payment, your order will be shipped to you as quickly as possible! Depending on the location you have placed your order, it will usually arrive within 3-10 working days.Â
If you place your order from our country of origin (Finland), the shipment will take about 1-4 working days.
Intra-European (Finland excluded) orders will be delivered within 7-10 working days.   Â

Shipping for orders via holmen.coffee depends on the location of the delivery address.
Finland: Standard packages: €5.90. All delivery addresses in Finland at the same price. Local pickup: 0 €
Intra-European: 4,90 €
